  • Send appointment reminders and check-in instructions

  • Provide intake and consent forms

  • Communicate with you about your services

  • Track DOT certificate expiration dates to send renewal reminders (if you choose to receive reminders)

  • Inform you, by email, text, or phone, about additional services we offer that may be relevant to you or your drivers (where permitted by law and your communication preferences)

  • Comply with applicable laws and FMCSA requirements

3. Email & SMS Communications

Email: If you provide your email address, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, links to intake forms, and occasional updates about services we offer. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We may still send non-marketing emails about your appointments or required notices where permitted by law.

SMS: If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, check-in instructions, links to intake forms, and occasional updates about services we offer. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not include detailed medical findings in SMS messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may use your information internally to contact you about services we provide. We may also share limited information with:
