Track DOT certificate expiration dates to send renewal reminders (if you choose to receive reminders)

3. Email & SMS Communications
Email: If you provide your email address, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, links to intake forms, and occasional updates about services we offer. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We may still send non-marketing emails about your appointments or required notices where permitted by law.
SMS: If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, check-in instructions, links to intake forms, and occasional updates about services we offer. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not include detailed medical findings in SMS messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
